You decide how much you want to make, which add-on experiences or workshops you would like to offer within your experience, and you can include your accommodations and expenses into the trip package for your clients to cover your costs since you will be hosting the trip.

Flourish Beyond caters to anyone looking to travel - women and men. Our typical clients tend to be professional women, entrepreneurs, creatives, influencers & other like-minded travel enthusiasts. Travelers are welcome to invite a friend(s), spouse or relative and be room-matched with them accordingly. Some trips are exclusively for women only (which will be noted in the Additional Notes section on the Trip Page if applicable) the but many trips are open to all. We know just how powerful, life-changing and relationship-strengthening traveling together can be with your special partner or bae, so you can definitely bring them along if they want to come.

We accept online payments, ACH bank transfers and credit card payments. For some trips a 3.5% convenience processing fee is charged for clients paying with a credit card (if noted or included in the payment arrangements), but in general all costs are built into the overall trip costs and payment can be made at checkout. Travelers can pay in full or make payment arrangements at no additional cost.

No, we do not provide refunds nor do we transfer money. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before reservation is accepted. To protect your investment, each and every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance. Clients must acknowledge at time of booking that they agree that all deposits and payments made to Flourish Beyond are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Flourish Beyond has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments for your vacation. We strongly recommend Trip Protection/Insurance to protect your investment. In the event Flourish Beyond or The Host Cancels the trip in its entirety, All trip payments made to Flourish Beyond are fully-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to lack of subscription. In the event of cancellation of the trip in its entirety, a full refund of all deposits will be made to travelers enrolled at the time of cancellation.

Yes, you can make reservations for any event at any time as long as the reservations are still open. You will need to make the first payment and/or deposit and then every month make monthly payments if signing up for the payment plan vs paying in full.

Once you make your reservation, you will receive an account summary and/or access to your customer portal (If applicable for your payment plan). Your account summary will list your monthly payment plan. This is set up by default to charge your credit card every month, or you can choose to update your credit card for the automatic monthly billing option selected at the time of booking. Be sure to also check your to ensure you have a Valid Passport. Most destinations require that you have a Passport that does not expire a minimum of six to eight months upon your trip return date and have at least 2 pages blank in your passport for it to be considered Valid. Flourish Beyond will also keep you updated and in the know about any updates to your trip prior to departure. Our goal is to help you be prepared for the incredible adventure ahead! For Flourish Beyond Hosted Group Travel: 1) Flourish Beyond will update you about any group airfare booking options if available, or you may decide to book your own airfare and use your preferred airline company, book with airline miles etc. 2) Flourish Beyond will invite you to participate in a pre-departure zoom call prior to your trip (typically 30 days before your trip departure). The departure and connection phone call will be the perfect opportunity for you to connect with your fellow travelers before setting off on your journey. Whether it's sharing advice on what to pack, travel tips and ideas, or potential restaurant stops, you’ll be able to discuss all of the exciting experiences that are in store. You'll also have an opportunity to ask questions and learn from each other and your trip host.

Unfortunately, a Replay will not be available. You are welcome to join the next Live Virtual Meet and Greet available. Departure Calls for Flourish Beyond hosted trips are typically done 30-45 days prior to the travel departure date to allow all the travelers to connect, share important reminders, provide their suggestions or comments (i.e. packing tips/ suggested items to bring) etc. Any important information, reminders, or answers to FAQs from the Departure Call/Connection Call will be emailed to all travelers attending to assist.
