4.. Remember to book your flight. International Flight schedules are typically made available by the airlines approximately 11 months prior to your depature travel date. Attendees may book their own airfare or join a Group flight option (typically departing from Chicago) if applicable & available. Once airline rates are made available for booking, the trip host will share the flight option.
